Vestima: June Enhancements for Order Handling Agents (OHAs)
Clearstream Banking1 informs clients that Vestima will be further upgraded.
Effective
16 June 2025
- Order Handling Agents (OHAs) will be allowed to manage the entire order processing workflow through the new Vestima interface.
- OHAs will find they have direct access to the new Vestima interface.
- Key functionalities, such as the Event console, File upload and Order bulk rejection, will be added to the new interface.
Decommissioning of Legacy Vestima for OHAs
The legacy Vestima will be decommissioned on 22 November 2025 for all OHAs (no change in access rights). As described in Announcement A24026, all OHAs that use the “Export to CSV” functionality from the order book must adapt their systems to the new template attached below, as it is modified compared to the legacy Vestima.
In order to facilitate the transition, the legacy Vestima will still be accessible until 21 November 2025. Moreover, the updated “Vestima – Investment Funds Services – User Guide for Order Handling Agents” will be made available on time for the November release.
